Some employers have absolutely no empathy for their employees. They cut back on incentives or don't offer any at all.
They are only concerned about the almighty dollar, you know making a profit. They are not really concerned about the well being or mood of their employees. Oh but they should be! Happy employees are more productive, more creative and more likely to stay with the company.
